Welcome to the registration page for the Holiday Hop

Saturday December 6th!

$30 per person minimum donation

Payable online or with a check at your first house.

If paying by check, you may write it directly to either the Westchester Food Pantry OR The Salvation Army

If you are charging online, please click the Donate button on the ABSR homepage. The proceeds will be evenly split between both food pantries.

You will receive the address of your first home several days before the event. Upon arrival at the first home, each person (one per couple) pulls a trinket out of a bag which assigns them the directions to their second home. After each hour, the hosts announce it's time to leave (and yes, everyone leaves). Half of the party walks to the next house in one direction and the other half walks to the house in the opposite direction. At the next house, the guests have a new 15 to 18 people to socialize with. This is repeated at the end of the second hour. If attendees go to all three houses, they will have seen everyone attending the party home and see everyone attending the Hop as they pass through their home.

A select carol will be sung at the end of every hour to indicate that the crowd needs to move to the next home as designated by a the color of the item they pulled.

This is a BYOB event! NA drinks will be available.

Bring slippers to warm up after hiking between homes!

The same menu will be served at each home so guests should pace themselves.

Simple menu – all finger-food only event. The goal is community!!

Attendees are encouraged to bring an appetizer or dessert to the Community House between 10-12 Saturday morning. We will split them amongst the houses.

Remember this is a FINGERFOOD only event.
